Disneyland Paris: Itinerary for family with kids: How to do 2 parks in 1 day (Part 2)

You can read my Part 1 here.

We tried our best to follow our tentative plan for the day in Disneyland Paris. We managed to go out of the hotel, after breakfast and all packed up with snacks and light lunch on the go. We have our stroller for the 1yo baby, a bag pack of food and water bottles ready to go!

Our hotel was just one train stop away, we purposely plan to choose the closest possible but not too expensive (I know you can get the Disneyland hotels if you want the closest to the park). We stayed at Residhome Val d'Europe. Very close to the RER station and a big shopping mall. We want to go back to the hotel in the middle of the day to refresh and to perform our prayer. We find it easier when with kids; change nappy etc etc although it might sound hassle to some of you. Haven't been to the baby room there at the park so no review on it.

We managed to go out as early as 9am. The weather was a bit cold, and foggy. We can see many people has started walking heading to the Disneyland, by looking at their attire. Some with Disney characters clothings and also for girls, they're wearing headbands like my daughters. Mine made themselves before our departure. Creative and cost effective =)

The queue to enter the park was super long although it's just 9.15am. Many rows of people queueing as there are lots of entrance gate. Read somewhere in the net that the doors might open earlier about 15-20minutes. I'm sure everyone has done their homework =) Except for those staying at the Disneyland hotel, they have the opportunity to enter 1-hour earlier than opening times at 10am.

9.45-9.50
-Entrance doors open
-I managed to made booking to Meet&Greet Disney charactors while queueing. Got estimated time about 12.30noon.I've tried many times to book via the apps but they only open for bookings for the day at 10am. Managed to book only one, the other Meet&Greet with Toy Story characters was fully booked!
-We headed straight to the Peter Pan ride to get 1st Fastpass (FP) but the counter is still close. So we went to queue for Dumbo Flying Elephant ride (Ride 1) just nearby. Then we can see the counter for FP for Peter Pan ride has opened, but we cannot do anything because already in the queue and our turn was nearly come. Queued about 15minutes.

We really enjoyed our 1st ride. Superb! The kids were so happy, even the baby did!

After the ride, managed to queue for the Peter Pan (FP1) Time slot given was already 1120-1150! Since we have plenty of time for the FP, we went to Mat Hatter's Tea cup ride (Ride 2) because the queue was short and just nearby. We had another round of fun ride, queued only about 5minutes.

Just next to Ride 2, there were Queens of Heart meeting character. So we just waited and queued to get photos with her. Queued was roughly about 5-10minutes.

Ride 3 (It's A Small World) was also fantastic. We managed to have a bit of rest in the boat, enjoying the ride and song. Great with kids especially toddlers. I think the queue was okay, about 20minutes wait.

When it's time for our 1st FP, we went to the Buzz Lightyear ride to get our FP2. Time slot given was 1355-1425. I'll share on how to get two Fast Pass at the same time in my different post.

Then off we went to another amazing ride 4 (FP1: Peter Pan).  At that time was about 11.35am.  Although we have the FP for the ride, it does not mean you do not have to queue. The waiting time in the queue is much shorter, where the staff let most of the people with FP first then let the people in the normal queue in. By the time we finished the ride, it was about 11.50am. Estimated about 15-20minutes for queueing and the ride =)

We then decided to head to the Disneyland Studio Park. Earlier than we planned because of the Meet&Greet Character. So we changed our plan to go there first, then to come back to Disneyland Park later in the afternoon.

We managed to go and have one-to-one photo session with Minnie Mouse! Character of the day I think. Just head to the Meet&Greet session place and let the staff know your queue number from the booking apps. They will let you in the queue.

We took photos together with Minnie. There was also a professional photographer available there, and you will be given a photo pass if you want to purchase them. We choose not to buy because we got ours from our mobile phone. The staff there were helpful and kind enough to take photos for you. The photo was lovely too!

This is just next to the Minnie Mouse photo session. We couldn't have the chance to made booking with Buzz Lightyear.

While we're there at Disney Studio, we just go with the flow. The kids started to feel hungry, so we had our light lunch and snacks while queueing. I made sardine rolls and we had energy bars. We just choose any rides that is not too long to queue, you can check the apps for this. Thus why we're in the Slinky Dog ride (Ride 5). We queued about 20minutes. Was so fun too! A bit tricky for me to hold the hand rail and the baby. But still, we had fun Alhamdulillah =)

To be continued in Part 3 insyaAllah =)

Around the Disneyland park

Strollers were parked along the fence where there's no sign of no parking =)
