What you should know about TLC?

I'm on leave today. On MC to be exact. My daughter of mine, the only one for the time being is behaving and acting quite differently for the past few days. Difficult to get asleep although time has been ticking out sometimes until 11pm, have no appetite in eating meals etc. Maybe she's just adapting to her new phase of life- excited to learn new things every single minutes; mastering skills to stand alone, taking few steps, or maybe trying to speak! She likes to babbling around, where only God knows what she's been talking about. So, as a result, less sleep of mine and hubby every night, easily getting tired etc. And here I am now, taking MC to get some rest at home, which I doubt I can rest peacefully with my precious one around. hehe.. Ok, back to my initial point of writing. As most of us know, (I assume), TLC is one of the online shops which offers varies products for pregnant mommies, mommies and babies. After several times browsing on their products, I noticed that so

E codes @ biscuits!

Maryam bought a box of biscuits; with a colourful and interesting packaging, at least to her with my sister. But, we noticed that there is no Halal logo plus, there were so many E-codes at the back of the box in the ingredients content. I've told Maryam that we need to check whether the biscuits is halal or not. At first, she refused and insisted me to open the packaging and saying that she's hungry and wants to eat the biscuits. But, after I explained to her slowly, that Allah will not love us if we eat this type of food; haram etc, she later understand. But of course, our promises to replace that one with another biscuits also plays the important part. Later, upon checking in the website via mobile phone, the first two e-codes are halal but the last e code says haram. So, I've to reconfirm on her that yes, we need to put away this biscuits as Allah won't allow us to eat this etc etc. Alhamdulillah, she understand and of course, she got the new biscuits later tha

Makan-makan Perth: Batavia Corner Restaurant

At the corner of Albany Highway and Dane Street, is where this simple Indonesian restaurant is located. We normally passed by this reastaurant whenever we go to any other halal restaurants along the highway. Not aware of it's Halal until it's being recommended by our friend of us. So, we went there for a try. hehe.. Menu..many options to choose from- chickens, beef, lamb, seafood and also duck! This time we ordered oxtail soup, fish rica rica with steamed rice. Looks simple but it's worth trying. Price? One meal costs about $10-$15 depending on what you order. Maryam ate a lot because she really loves soup! Lunch for the day! Alhamdulillah Close-up
